Job summary

GCash is seeking an experienced cloud governance leader to design and sustain a robust governance framework across cloud and on-premises environments. You will guide executive discussions, drive cost optimization, and align technology initiatives with enterprise risk and strategic goals.

The role requires deep BFSI expertise, P&L oversight, and proven ability to lead large cross-functional programs in agile settings, with a focus on security, compliance, and transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Finance or related field.
• Top-tier cloud certification required.
• 12+ years of BFSI experience with cloud leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and sustain a robust cloud governance framework with clear roles and responsibilities.
• Drive accountability across cloud functions and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Lead governance discussions in steering committees and executive forums.
• Deliver insights on strategy, performance, and compliance to senior leadership.
