Job summary

GCash is seeking a senior leader to shape the strategy and execution of Service Assurance, Reliability Engineering, and operational resilience across a regulated FinTech environment. You will drive cross-functional programs, dashboard executive reporting, and risk-aware culture to elevate operational maturity and incident readiness.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, telemetry-driven RCA, and governance with executive-level stakeholders, including regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Certifications like ITIL, SRE Foundation, SAFe, or AWS DevOps Engineer are advantageous.
• Experience driving cross-functional programs reducing incident impact and aligning tech ops with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap across Service Assurance, Stability, and Reliability Engineering
• Lead governance to improve service reliability, change resilience, and operational effectiveness
• Drive adoption of new operating models and embed risk-aware culture across a distributed organization
• Provide end-to-end service performance insights by integrating data across stability, reliability, CSAT, and revenue impact domains
• Coach leaders to build strategic thinking, data fluency, and process discipline
