Moog Inc. invites applications for a Chemical Process Operator I at our Baguio site. You will support chemical cleaning, treatments, and coatings to extend metal life and safety of users of Moog products.
You will perform aqueous cleaning, load/unload parts, and operate inspection and coating steps under guidance. Requirements include a Chemical Technology diploma or 2nd year in engineering and at least 1 year of chemical experience.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Assures reliability and making the most out of manufactured and/or purchased parts being used for various Moog applications. Chemical processing is responsible for chemical cleaning, treatments and coatings which can help in extending the lives of metals and ensuring the safety of people using the material.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform Aqueous Cleaning as per EP 3628
Load and unload parts on fixtures/ Baskets
Label chemicals
Conduct system test as per engineering procedures using different laboratory apparatus like hydrometer, thermometer, PH meter, timer, and other measuring instruments which shall be used for alodine and passivation, and other processes requiring measuring instrument.
Operate grit blaster for etching
Masking and demasking of parts
Conduct the following chemical processes with guidance from Chemical Process Operator II.
