Job summary

Centaur Chem Enterprise is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The role requires leadership of operational teams and coordination with Safety, Security, and department heads, with a focus on chemical/industrial operations and hazardous materials handling, including ammonia.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in Operations Management.
• Experience in chemical, industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or related operations.
• Experience with hazardous chemicals and safety compliance; ammonia handling preferred.
• OSH/Safety Officer Certificate is required.
• Strong knowledge of occupational safety, risk management, environmental compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily operational activities.
• Ensure targets, productivity, and quality standards are achieved.
• Develop, implement, and improve SOPs and workflows.
• Monitor operational performance and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with Safety Officers, Security, and Department Heads; prepare reports.
