Job summary

The Moment Group in the Philippines is seeking a kitchen assistant to support daily kitchen operations, prep, and dishwashing. You will help stock stations, assist chefs, and ensure plating aligns with guidance while coordinating with servers to fulfill orders accurately and promptly.

Candidates must have Filipino cuisine experience, be able to rotate shifts, and follow strict hygiene and food safety standards. This role requires working onsite in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations.
• Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks.
• Plating prepared foods based on senior chef's guidance.
• Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time.
• Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts.
• Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.
• Ensuring cooking utensils and kitchen area are cleaned after closing to comply with state regulations.
• Availability for rotating shifts is required.
