Job summary

Metrobank seeks a detail-focused professional to oversee the timely processing of outward and inward check data transmissions in strict accordance with BSP and PCHC policies, ensuring proper processing and settlements.

The role involves coordinating with CCSD-CRD, CGSD, and CMSD units, monitoring host uploads, and preparing reports, while assisting branches with check confirmations and related verifications.

Responsibilities

• Handles accurate and timely processing and monitoring of outward checks per BSP and PCHC policies.
• Processing of outward checks from CCSD-Control & Reconciliation Department (CRD), CGSD, and CMSD (designated CMSUs)
• Updates account closed and payment stopped files from Host.
• Prepares Morning return honored checks reports and Historical reports of returned checks and specially handled checks.
• Ensures timely processing of inward returns
• Ensures timely generation of Return Check Advice
• Ensures the CICS related machines/applications/lines and other peripherals are working and updated.
