Qualifications

• Experience in outward and inward check processing within a banking environment.
• Familiarity with BSP, PCHC rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely processing and monitoring of outward checks per bank policies and BSP/PCHC regulations.
• Handle outward check processing for Morning Clearing returns and related operations across branches.
• Verify inward checks and provide branches with confirmation information for drawers.
• Balance checks received through PCHC on an item-by-item basis.
• Upload inward files to host systems and prepare ALCO reports as required.
• Signature verification of transactional loan documents.
• Process all foreign currency-denominated checks.
• Support branches and take on additional tasks as assigned.
