AFNI Philippines, Inc. is hiring Chat Support Representatives (CSR) to support our Commonwealth Ave, Quezon City operations. In this role, you’ll use your customer interaction skills to deliver excellent service to international accounts.

We offer up to PHP 19,000 monthly, plus up to PHP 9,000 monthly performance incentive, HMO for up to 4 dependents, PHP 10,000 annual medical reimbursement, life insurance, paid leaves and training, and ample growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 months of BPO experience handling international accounts.
• At least a high school diploma.
• Strong comprehension and learning agility.
• Able to work in a paperless environment with stringent information security measures.
• Must be able to provide NBI clearance before the start date

• Provide chat-based customer support to international accounts.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
