Job summary

Afni Philippines is hiring Chat Support Representatives (CSR) to support our team at SM Fairview, Quezon City. You will use your customer interaction skills to deliver excellent service through chat with international accounts.

Position offers up to PHP 19,000 monthly base pay plus up to PHP 9,000 monthly performance incentive, plus benefits like HMO and medical reimbursement. Training is provided and there are unlimited growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO experience handling international accounts.
• High school diploma required.
• Strong communication skills: conversational, confident, spontaneous, relational.

Responsibilities
