Job summary

Afni Philippines is looking for Customer Support Representatives (CSR) and Reservations Specialists to support our team in SM Fairview, Quezon City. You’ll use your customer interaction skills to deliver excellent service in a non-telco account.

We offer a monthly base pay up to PHP 19,000 plus up to PHP 9,000 in performance incentives, plus 4 dependents for HMO, PHP 10,000 annual medical reimbursement, life insurance, paid training, and clear growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months of BPO experience handling an international account (US/UK/AU).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and learning agility.
• Ability to work in a paperless environment with information security compliance.
• Must be able to provide NBI clearance before start date.
