Recruitify_HR is seeking a customer support agent to respond to inquiries via live chat and other non-voice channels in the Philippines. You will assist customers with account concerns, orders, product information, and service requests, delivering accurate and timely written responses.

You will document interactions, escalate complex issues, and manage multiple conversations while maintaining high service quality.
