Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, business, corporate governance, or related discipline is required.
• Legally trained fresh graduates (1–2 years' experience) or experienced lawyers returning to work are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-level transaction workstreams including board/committee approvals and regulatory filings.
• Provide advisory and secretariat support to Boards and Committees with compliance to Singapore company law and local regulations.
• Manage relationships across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, external counsel, regulators; handle director onboarding and induction.
