Job summary

Hubexo is seeking an experienced Chargebee Solution Architect to design, implement, and continuously improve scalable subscription billing solutions. You will translate business needs into robust Chargebee configurations, integrations, and processes across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.

You will own the Chargebee template and drive automation, data quality, and governance while collaborating with NetSuite, HubSpot, DealHub, and payment providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IS/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in CRM/ERP, billing, or business systems design.
• 2+ years hands-on Chargebee experience.
• Experience with Chargebee integrations (NetSuite, HubSpot, DealHub, payments).
• Knowledge of data structures, APIs, and ETL processes.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Chargebee architecture across functions.
• Own Chargebee template, configuration, and integration.
• Lead data migration from legacy systems to Chargebee and related platforms.
• Configure subscriptions, invoicing, and billing workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Eng to drive solutions.
• Mentor a small technical team and coordinate with vendors/partners.
• Develop documentation on configurations, data models, and best practices.
