Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with leadership experience.
• Proven people leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on Java and Kotlin backend development.
• Strong Spring Framework and Spring Boot knowledge.
• Experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience in Agile environments and enterprise-scale technology organizations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
