Job summary

AvePoint in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking a Sales Operations Associate - Channel to support channel revenue operations and SKU management. The role requires attention to detail, basic CRM navigation, and collaboration with distributors to maintain accurate pricing and product data.

The candidate will manage SKU creation requests, price files, and publishing processes while coordinating with vendors and internal teams. A hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Basic CRM navigation and data entry.
• Understanding of marketplace listing and SKU management processes.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor distributor releases each quarter.
• Compute distributor pricing for each product.
• Submit CRM SKU creation requests and request SKU codes from distributors.
• Maintain and update master price files, CMP master files, and SKU availability files.
• Integrate SKUs into managed CMP platforms.
• Communicate with vendors regarding listing updates and publishing processes.
• Respond to tickets related to misconfigurations, failed orders, and login issues using standard playbooks.
• Gather marketing content for quarterly releases and post updates in distributor Teams channels.
• Escalate non-standard or complex tickets to higher levels.
