AvePoint in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate - Channel to support distributor releases, pricing, SKU creation, and CRM workflows. The role requires detail orientation and fluency with marketplace listings, with a hybrid work setup and growth opportunities.

You'll collaborate across teams to refine marketing messaging, maintain price and SKU accuracy, and assist with ticket resolution and vendor communications.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• 1–3 years professional experience or equivalent
• Basic CRM navigation and data entry
• Understanding of marketplace listing and SKU management processes
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Amenable to night shift and mid-shift training

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor distributor releases each quarter.
• Compute distributor pricing for each product.
• Submit CRM SKU creation requests and request SKU codes from distributors.
• Maintain and update master price files, CMP master files, and SKU availability files.
• Integrate SKUs into managed CMP platforms.
• Communicate with vendors about listing updates and publishing processes.
• Respond to tickets related to misconfigurations, failed orders, and login issues using standard playbooks.
• Gather marketing content for quarterly releases and post updates in distributor Teams channels.
• Escalate non-standard or complex tickets to higher levels.
