Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Channel Manager for the Cash Loan (CLX) product to drive nationwide sales performance and portfolio quality. You will cascade targets to Regional Performance Managers and ensure disciplined execution across a large distributed network.

The role demands strong consumer finance experience, leadership, and advanced analytics. You will collaborate with Risk, Operations, Marketing, and Training to optimize incentives, campaigns, and operating models.

This Leader is responsible for driving strong and sustainableperformance of the existing Cash Loan (CLX) product across the SalesNetwork. This role leads regional performance management efforts, translatesbusiness targets into actionable field strategies, and ensures consistentexecution to maximize productivity, quality, and profitability of the CLXportfolio. The Channel Manager for CLX will be handling 4 performance Managers.

What You’ll Do:

• Own nationwide sales performance,productivity, and efficiency of the Cash Loan (BAU) product
• Cascade business targets and strategiesto Regional Performance Managers and ensure disciplined execution
• Monitor key performance indicators(conversion, productivity, activation, penetration, and quality metrics)
• Identify performance gaps and deploycorrective action plans across regions

Leadership & People Management

• Lead, coach, and develop RegionalPerformance Managers
• Ensure alignment on priorities, executionstandards, and performance discipline
• Drive performance culture through regularreviews, calibration, and best‑practice sharing

Execution Excellence & Governance

• Ensure compliance to Sales Network Codeof Conduct, policies, and controls
• Partner with Risk, Operations, Marketing,and Training to strengthen execution and portfolio quality
• Drive standardization of performancemanagement tools, rhythms, and reporting
• Generate actionable insights usingdashboards and field data
• Recommend enhancements to incentives,campaigns, and operating models

Lead BAU optimization initiatives to improve sales yield and sustainability

• Strong background in consumer finance /lending sales
• Experience translating strategy intofield execution playbooks
