Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Core Lending Replacement within the Sunshine Program in Metro Manila. You will coordinate across business, technology, operations, vendors, and PMO to meet timelines, scope, and quality objectives.

You will drive governance, manage risks and dependencies, and oversee testing, migration, training, and implementation activities. A proven track record in large-scale technology transformations and strong stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• 9+ years of project management experience.
• Experience delivering complex technology or transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with external vendors and implementation partners.
• Proven ability to manage project risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project delivery for the Core Lending Replacement workstream.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across business, IT, operations, risk, compliance, and external partners.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and decision-making forums.
• Track project progress and escape issues requiring management intervention.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Support testing, migration, training, and implementation activities.
• Manage project vendors and monitor delivery commitments.
• Work closely with the Sunshine Program Manager and PMO to ensure alignment with overall program objectives.

About the Job:
