Job summary

Changan Automobile Philippines is seeking a seasoned Channel Marketing Manager to drive dealer network growth in Metro Manila and beyond. You will lead channel planning, partnerships, and market expansion activities to hit business targets.

Responsibilities include monitoring dealer performance, ensuring brand standards, conducting market research, and building strong dealer relationships through proactive engagement and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Manufacturing, or related fields.
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant work experience; experience in market development and marketing in local market is a must.
• Familiar with international trade practices and processes, with strong capabilities in channel development and management.
• Experience in system and process development.
• Proficient in office software; familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
• Strong English communication; Chinese language ability is an advantage.
