Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing at Singapore's Changi Airport is seeking customer service professionals to assist passengers with queries, provide directions, and share flight information. You will advise on airport dining & retail options and respond to inquiries via calls, emails, chatbot, and social media.

Shifts include day 5:30am–3:30pm and night 3pm–1am with 1-way transport, 4 days on/2 days off. You must be service-oriented, calm under pressure, and ready to handle on-site incidents and daily

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of customer service or frontline experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented and calm under pressure.
• Willing to commit shifts, including weekends, public holidays and overnight shifts.
