Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is seeking a Change Project Manager to lead organizational change initiatives that support business transformation, process improvements, and technology implementations.

You will design change strategies, assess readiness, engage stakeholders, and drive adoption across functions, ensuring sustainable behavioral and process changes and measurable outcomes for our AUS Finance and Accounting client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Project Management, or Business Transformation.
• Experience in BPO, Shared Services, IT Services, or large-scale transformation programs is preferred.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies, frameworks, and communication plans for transformation initiatives.
• Conduct impact assessments to identify risks, stakeholder concerns, and readiness for change.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, Operations, Quality, Training, and Project teams to drive successful change adoption.
• Design and deliver change-related communications, engagement activities, and awareness campaigns.
• Create and implement training and capability-building plans to support new processes and systems.
• Monitor change adoption metrics and assess organizational readiness and effectiveness.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and change champion networks.
• Manage resistance and develop mitigation plans to address adoption challenges.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help embed sustainable behavioral and process changes.
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on change progress, risks, and outcomes.
