Job summary

IT Managers, Inc. seeks an experienced Change Manager to plan, manage, and support organizational and technology changes.

The ideal candidate will work with AWS, Salesforce, Agile methodologies, and AI-enabled solutions to drive adoption and successful outcomes. The role requires strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and expertise in change impact assessment, readiness, and adoption planning within a hybrid work setup (BGC, Taguig).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Change Management within IT or technology-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of Change Management methodologies and processes.
• Experience working with AWS environments or AWS-related technology initiatives.
• Experience working with Salesforce platforms or Salesforce-related transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Agile project delivery.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled solutions, AI transformation, or AI adoption initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in change impact assessment, readiness assessment, communication, and adoption planning.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage change management activities across technology and business initiatives.
• Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and communication approaches.
• Assess the impact of changes on business processes, systems, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to ensure smooth change implementation.
• Support user adoption, training, communication, and change readiness activities.
• Monitor change progress, identify risks, and address resistance to change.
• Work within Agile project environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support change initiatives involving AWS and Salesforce platforms.
• Contribute to the adoption and implementation of AI-enabled solutions.
• Prepare change documentation, status reports, impact assessments, and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure changes are aligned with business objectives, governance standards, and organizational requirements.
