Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a seasoned Head of Finance (CFO) to lead the finance function as we scale rapidly in the Web3 space. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing corporate finance, accounting, compliance, and investor relations.

The ideal candidate brings startup finance expertise, CPG/tech exposure, and deep knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and crypto asset accounting. You will shape financial strategy, drive capital planning, and partner with the executive team to accelerate

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
7+ years in progressive finance leadership roles, startups/CPG/tech preferred.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, tax compliance, and governance.
Experience managing finance in multi-jurisdictional or international contexts.
Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, crypto asset accounting, and funding structures.
Proven track record in fundraising, investor relations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead the finance function including bookkeeping, month closes, and consolidated financial statements.
Implement and enforce accounting policies including revenue recognition, inventory valuation, and crypto accounting.
Oversee payroll, tax compliance, and corporate governance filings.
