Job summary

Reinforce Search Inc. is seeking a Certified Social Compliance Auditor for on-site audits in Makati. The role requires CSCA–APSCA certification and 3–5 years of experience in social compliance auditing, labor law knowledge, and strong reporting skills.

You will conduct facilities audits, review employee records, and document findings. Travel to client locations may be required, with a focus on ethical employment practices and health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Required: Valid CSCA – APSCA certification.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Labor Relations, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Occupational Safety, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in social compliance auditing, labor compliance, HR, occupational health and safety, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment practices, working conditions, and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Experience conducting employee and management interviews.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct social compliance audits at client and supplier facilities.
• Assess compliance with applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and workplace standards.
• Evaluate compliance with client-specific Codes of Conduct and social responsibility requirements.
• Review working conditions, employee welfare, health and safety practices, and human rights standards.
• Conduct employee interviews and management interviews as part of the audit process.
• Inspect workplace facilities and identify potential compliance risks.
• Identify and document violations, non-compliance issues, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare accurate, detailed, and timely audit reports.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, facility management, and other stakeholders.
