Starlight Business Consulting Services, Inc. is hiring a Compliance Associate to ensure timely submission of compliance requirements and maintain accurate records. This role collaborates with clients and internal teams to support regulatory activities.

We seek a proactive professional with a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of related experience. On-site work in Makati City, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with health benefits and performance incentives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
1 year of experience in compliance, documentation, client coordination, or similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients to collect and monitor required compliance documents.
Follow up on pending requirements and ensure timely submission of regulatory documents.
Maintain organized compliance records and databases.
Monitor deadlines and assist in renewals and report submissions.
Communicate with internal teams and clients to resolve compliance concerns.
Assist in preparing compliance reports for management and regulators.
Ensure processes comply with company policies and regulations.
