Starlight Business Consulting Services, Inc. is hiring a Compliance Associate to ensure timely submission of compliance requirements and maintain accurate records. This role collaborates with clients and internal teams to support regulatory activities.

We seek a proactive professional with a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of related experience. On-site work in Makati City, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with health benefits and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in compliance, documentation, client coordination, or similar administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to collect and monitor required compliance documents.
• Follow up on pending requirements and ensure timely submission of regulatory documents.
• Maintain organized compliance records and databases.
• Monitor deadlines and assist in renewals and report submissions.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients to resolve compliance concerns.
• Assist in preparing compliance reports for management and regulators.
• Ensure processes comply with company policies and regulations.
