Qualifications

• Required: Valid CSCA – APSCA certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Accounting, Occupational Safety, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in social compliance auditing, labor compliance, HR, occupational health and safety or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Conduct social compliance audits at client and supplier facilities.
• Assess compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and workplace standards.
• Evaluate compliance with client-specific Codes of Conduct and social responsibility requirements.
• Review working conditions, employee welfare, health and safety practices, and human rights standards.
• Conduct employee interviews and management interviews as part of the audit process.
• Inspect workplace facilities and identify potential compliance risks.
• Prepare accurate, detailed audit reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Review corrective action plans and monitor progress to verify evidence.
