The role focuses on preparing and reviewing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, and supporting tax and regulatory compliance for clients and management. You will work on-site in Pasig City or nearby offices, ensuring document compliance, assisting with audits, and contributing insights to improve financial processes.

Qualifications

• CPA with valid Philippine license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting and tax regulations.
• Familiarity with BIR and SEC compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Pasig City, or BGC, Taguig City.

Responsibilities

About the role

Your role will involve preparing and reviewing financial reports, maintaining accurate accounting records, assisting with tax and regulatory compliance, and providing financial support and insights to management and clients.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and maintain accurate accounting records and financial transaction
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounting activities
• Assist clients with bookkeeping and accounting-related requirements
• Ensure proper documentation and filing filing records
• Monitor tax deadlines and ensure timely filing and payment of tax obligations
• Prepare and review financial information required for corporate filings
• Identify discrepancies or compliance issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions
• Provide support during audits and other regulatory reviews

What we're looking for

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a valid Philippine CPA license
