Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with a CPA license

About the role

DoubleDragon Properties Corp. is seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team. As a CPA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, supporting the company's strategic growth initiatives. This is a full-time position based in our Pasay City office in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulations

• Assist in the preparation of periodic management reports and presentations for key stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making

• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices, and implement necessary changes

• Guide junior members of the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with a valid CPA license

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in a real estate or construction industry

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide strategic financial recommendations

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance

• Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications
