Cygnus Management Inc. is seeking a Certified Public Accountant to join our Finance team in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

The role focuses on preparing and reviewing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, and supporting tax and regulatory compliance for clients and management. You will work on-site in Pasig City or nearby offices, ensuring document compliance, assisting with audits, and contributing insights to improve financial processes.

Qualifications

• CPA with valid Philippine license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting and tax regulations.
• Familiarity with BIR and SEC compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Pasig City, or BGC, Taguig City.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transaction management.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist clients with bookkeeping and accounting needs.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing records.
• Monitor tax deadlines and ensure timely filings.
• Prepare and review financial information for corporate filings.
• Identify discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.
• Provide support during audits and regulatory reviews.
