Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L and balance sheets.
• Record financial transactions and perform vendor, bank, and account reconciliations.
• Assist in tax documentation for VAT, income tax, and regulatory filings.
• Maintain accurate records and schedules for internal/external audits and ensure internal controls compliance.
• Collaborate with finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Your Role

As a Junior Certified Public Accountant (CPA), you will support the finance and accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring tax compliance, and assisting in financial reporting and analysis.

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system and perform vendor, bank, and account reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of tax documentation for VAT, income tax, and other regulatory filings to ensure timely submission.
• Maintain accurate financial records and schedules for internal and external audit requirements while ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Collaborate with the finance team in gathering data for budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking.

Non‑Negotiables

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit.
