MicroSourcing, Eastwood, Quezon City, is seeking an Accountant for an onsite, day-shift role. You will record and review financial transactions, prepare journal entries, and assist with general ledger reconciliation and month-end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting systems or ERP tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• CPA or pursuing certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Record, review, and maintain accurate financial transactions and records

• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Assist with audits and tax-related requirements
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy
