Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Centralized Services Engineer to optimize and advance internal and client IT environments. You will act as a critical escalation point, drive automation, and manage backup architectures with Veeam.

The role covers onboarding/offboarding, infrastructure maintenance, RMM and PSA tool integration, and patching management across Windows and cloud platforms. Strong MSP experience and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Networking certifications advantageous.
• 3+ years of MSP experience.

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for complex issues unresolved by the internal helpdesk.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding for users and clients.
• Design, implement, and maintain datacenter and cloud infrastructure (Windows and Azure).
• Develop backup infrastructure using Veeam and ensure data protection.
