Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in petroleum, oil and gas, energy, or distribution is a strong advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in sales or administrative roles will be considered.
• Solid understanding of basic sales processes, order management, and customer service principles.
• High numerical accuracy and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor booked sales orders for petroleum products in SAP/ERP accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with logistics and depot teams to schedule and confirm timely product delivery to client accounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and order confirmations for client accounts.
• Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate with Finance on outstanding balances.
