Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with agents.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing agent recruitment and employment.

Responsibilities

• Agent sourcing and recruitment: develop strategies to attract potential agents.
• Screening and selection: review applications and conduct interviews.
• Agent activation and onboarding: facilitate onboarding and training.
• Relationship management: build and maintain relationships with agents.
• Performance monitoring and support: monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Documentation and compliance: maintain agent records and ensure regulatory compliance.
