Job summary

R1 RCM is seeking a Registered PH Nurse to join our Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Specialists team. The role requires a BS Nursing graduate with solid hospital experience and valid Philippine and USRN Mainland licenses.

You will contribute to clinical documentation and patient care improvements while working onsite in the Philippines. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of recent hospital experience (ICU/Med-Surg/ED/Telemetry) and strong fundamentals in nursing.

Qualifications

• Must be BS Nursing graduate.
• At least 3 years of recent hospital experience (ICU, Medical-Surgical, ED, or Telemetry).
• Active PH Nurse license and USRN Mainland license.
• Strong background in fundamentals of nursing and medical & surgical nursing.
• Amenable to work onsite.
