The Private Advertiser is seeking a CDI Specialist to collaborate with physicians and coders in Manila to identify documentation gaps and clarify clinical information for accurate coding and compliant reimbursement.

Ideal candidates hold active PHRN and USRN licenses with 3+ years bedside experience and strong analytical and communication skills to review complex records and ensure high-quality clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure and credentials
• 3+ years of bedside experience (MedSurg, ICU, ED)
• Strong understanding of disease processes, treatment plans, and diagnostic procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to review complex medical records and identify documentation gaps or inconsistencies
• Sound clinical judgment and attention to detail
