Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a qualified nurse to transition from bedside care into a Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) role in an acute hospital setting in the Philippines. You will interpret clinical data, identify discrepancies, and enhance patient records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a BSN, active USRN and PHRN licenses, and 3+ years of Medical-Surgical/ICU/ED experience, with onsite work in Quezon City or Taguig City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Active USRN and PHRN licenses are required.
• Strong bedside nursing experience.
• 3 years experience in Medical-Surgical, ICU, ED/Inpatient, or Telemetry settings preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to interpret complex patient cases.
• Experience handling ventilators, chest tubes, and multiple inotrope drips is highly preferred.
• Background in acute hospital/direct patient care is required.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City or Taguig City.
