Job summary

Facilities Managers Inc is seeking an on-site CCTV Technician in South Cotabato to install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs, and related security equipment.

You will run network and power cables, test systems, perform upgrades, and provide technical support to clients and staff.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience and a high school diploma; strong troubleshooting and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR technology, and networking.
• Understanding of basic electrical and electronic systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with access control and alarm systems is often an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
