Reliable and detail-oriented CCTV Monitoring Officer to oversee surveillance systems and ensure the safety and security of our premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring live camera feeds, identifying suspicious activities, and responding promptly to incidents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV feeds and security systems on a continuous basis
• Identify suspicious activities, security threats, or safety violations
• Immediately report incidents to security supervisors or management
• Maintain detailed incident logs and daily activity reports
• Retrieve and review recorded footage when required for investigations
• Coordinate with guards and other departments during emergencies when needed
• Ensure all CCTV cameras and equipment are operational
• Report system malfunctions or technical issues promptly
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all surveillance data

Requirements:

• Senior High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in CCTV monitoring, security, or related field is an advantage
• Knowledge of surveillance systems and basic troubleshooting is a plus
• Basic computer literacy
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
• Ability to stay alert for long periods.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle stressful or emergency situations calmly.
