Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
• At least 1 year of IT/Technical Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Experience with CCTV installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain tech to non-technical users.
• Willing to work onsite in Tondo, Manila.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues involving company products, equipment, and services.
• Analyze technical concerns reported by customers, Customer Service, and other internal teams.
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and basic diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot and repair computers, peripherals, components, and other technical equipment.
• Provide timely, accurate, and practical technical solutions.
• Assist with complex technical issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Escalate specialized or unresolved issues when necessary.
• Properly document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Respond to technical inquiries in a professional, clear, and customer-friendly manner.
• Explain technical issues and troubleshooting procedures in a way that is easy for non-technical users to understand.
• Work closely with Customer Service and other departments to resolve concerns efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and recurring concerns.
• Identify recurring technical issues and recommend solutions to improve product support and customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, features, specifications, functionality, and technical requirements.
• Create and update troubleshooting guides, FAQs, technical procedures, and other support documentation.
