Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Technology, or a related course.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in cattle farm operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Knowledgeable in artificial insemination (AI), including heat detection, semen handling, proper timing, and breeding records.
• Able to supervise, train, and manage farm workers effectively.
• Willing to stay on-site and be assigned in Abra de Ilog, Occidental Mindoro

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily cattle farm operations, including feeding, watering, handling, grazing, and housing.
• Monitors the health, behavior, body condition, and overall welfare of cattle.
• Maintains accurate records of inventory, births, deaths, treatments, vaccinations, breeding, and cattle movement.
• Implements farm biosecurity, sanitation, quarantine, and disease-control procedures.
• Knowledgeable in artificial insemination (AI), including heat detection, proper timing of insemination, semen handling, breeding procedures, and reproductive recordkeeping.
• Prepares and submits daily, weekly, and monthly operational and production reports.
• Performs other related duties assigned by the VP for Mindoro Development
