Job Description
Lead construction oversight for the expanding cattle facilities while ensuring smooth farm operations across multiple species: cattle (herd arriving last quarter of the year), goats, horses, and native deer. Maintain strict livestock records, uphold biosecurity, and deliver reliable reporting to Management.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily health metrics for cattle, goats, horses, and deer; maintain a registry of births, deaths, and movements; coordinate treatments with detailed logs.
- Enforce strict entry/exit protocols, visitor sanitation, and disinfection compliance; manage gate logs, footbath rotations, and routine spot inspections.
- Draft scopes of work (materials, specs, QC checkpoints, timeline); track progress, elevate delays, and ensure timely punchlist closure.
- Plan pasture rotation, planting, harvest schedules; coordinate inputs, track yield data, and report forage and silage results per cut.
- Deliver weekly operational reports and monthly dashboards; align caretakers, warehouse, procurement, and security; lead weekly staff meetings to sync tasks and safety.

Salary
Starting Salary: Php 20,918.28 (depends on skills and competence).
