Job summary

TJ Enterprises, Inc. in Abra de Ilog, Occidental Mindoro seeks a cattle farm supervisor to oversee daily operations, including feeding, watering, handling, grazing, and housing of cattle.

You will monitor cattle health and welfare, maintain accurate records, implement biosecurity, and manage AI-based breeding with heat detection and semen handling. The role requires supervisory skills and willingness to stay on-site.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Technology, or a related course.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in cattle farm operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Knowledgeable in artificial insemination (AI), including heat detection, semen handling, proper timing, and breeding records.
• Able to supervise, train, and manage farm workers effectively.
• Willing to stay on-site and be assigned in Abra de Ilog, Occidental Mindoro
