Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the department and lead its members to ensure production yields top quality produce.
• Check overall quality status of the chicken produced by the company.
• Perform interdepartment rounds, inspecting workmanship quality across departments.
• Conduct weekly inter-section department meetings and report to COO on Quality Assurance.
