Job summary

GAMA FOODS CORPORATION in Iloilo City is seeking a qualified supervisor to oversee dressed chicken inventory movements across branches. The role requires a veterinary/animal science background and 3–5 years in poultry broiler operation, with proven leadership and strong communication.

You will collaborate with branch managers and top management to optimize costs, revenues, and operational standards, and assist in implementing business development strategies across the network.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a veterinary/animal science degree.
• 3–5 years of poultry broiler operation experience.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Area of Assignment: Mandaue City, Cebu & Iloilo City.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dressed chicken inventory movements and transfers to branches.
• Collaborate with branch manager and top management on costs, revenues and expenses.
• Assist branch manager in implementing business development strategies.
• Assist Branch Manager in the whole operation.

• Oversee and direct dressed chicken Inventory Movements/ Transfers to/ from branches to create operational synergies and maximize profit potentials.
• Collaborate closely with branch manager Top Management, All functional Heads on branch operational activities & attainment of specific standards/target on cost, revenues and expenses in alignment with company goals.
