Job summary

RFM Corporation in Manila is seeking a Category Analyst to analyze sales, market, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities, and to monitor category performance with regular reports.

You will assist in developing category plans, coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, track competitor activities, and support launches and promotions, while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, management, or related field required.
• At least 2 years of experience in category management, sales, or marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented with multi-tasking ability.
