Filta is seeking an experienced Catalog Operations professional to safeguard live product listings, protect brand integrity, and ensure account health across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central. You will perform audits, identify hijacked or duplicate listings, and draft evidence-backed cases to restore original content.
The role emphasizes disciplined, data-driven remediation and cross-team collaboration.
Competenze
- 2+ years in Amazon catalog operations, brand protection, or account health.
- Proven experience opening, managing and winning complex Amazon case escalations.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for systematic audits.
- Role is tactical restoration and defense, not copywriting or keyword creation.
Mansioni
- Audit live listings against approved baseline tracker.
- Identify split/duplicate listings, hijacked content, and incorrect mappings.
- Log catalog issues with evidence in internal tracker.
- Draft and submit evidence-backed cases to reverse unauthorized changes.
- Escalate cases via Brand Registry or Account Health channels.
- Follow up on cases and push for restoration beyond initial refusals.
- Report recurring catalog issues to managers and the Item Creation team.
