Job summary

Robinsons Appliances Corp. is seeking a Cashier Supervisor to manage daily cash and check payments in-store and oversee cashier operations. The role includes preparing deposit slips, ensuring timely deposits, and achieving Gift Certificate sales targets.

You will supervise cashiers, monitor POS machines, and deliver excellent customer service while addressing inquiries and complaints promptly. Knowledge in JDA System is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year course, preferably Accountancy or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a service-oriented company.
• Strong customer service skills.

Job description

Responsible for the accounting of all cash and check payments and remittances in the store, and monitoring of all cashiers and POS machines they use. Prepare all the necessary reports including deposit slips. Achieves sales target for Gift Certificates within a specified period.

• Ensure that daily cash collections are intact and deposited on time
• Ensure the availability of change fund for daily operations and manage petty cash fund, and prepares replenishment when it reaches its limit
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Attend to customer inquiries and complaints for immediate action and solution related to cashiering activities
• Follow up customer outstanding account, credit card payments, and reconciles with Credit Services Department

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any Four-Year Course preferably Accountancy or any related Course
• Minimum of 2 Years Supervisory Experience in a service-oriented Company
