Robinsons Appliances Corp. is seeking a highly organized Cashiering Supervisor to oversee daily cashiering operations, ensuring accuracy and security of all cash and POS transactions.

The successful candidate will lead the cashiering team, uphold company policies, deliver excellent customer service, and support overall store operations with strong analytical and supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related course.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in cashiering or retail.
• Strong knowledge of cash management and POS operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily cashiering operations and cash collections.
• Ensure accurate processing of cash, checks, credit card, financing, and other payment transactions.
• Monitor and maintain revolving funds, petty cash, gift certificates, and accountable forms.
• Prepare and submit cashiering reports, bank deposits, and related documentation accurately and on time.
• Lead, coach, and develop Cashiers to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Conduct cashiering audits and internal control checks to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Address customer concerns and inquiries related to cashiering transactions.
• Identify and mitigate cashiering risks, discrepancies, and irregularities.
• Support store administrative, compliance, and operational requirements as needed.
