Job summary

Robinsons Appliances Corp. is seeking a Cashier Supervisor to manage daily cash and check payments in-store and oversee cashier operations. The role includes preparing deposit slips, ensuring timely deposits, and achieving Gift Certificate sales targets.

You will supervise cashiers, monitor POS machines, and deliver excellent customer service while addressing inquiries and complaints promptly. Knowledge in JDA System is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year course, preferably Accountancy or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a service-oriented company.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge in JDA System.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash and check payments and remittances in-store.
• Ensure cash collections are deposited on time and change funds are available.
• Prepare deposit slips and relevant reports.
• Achieve sales targets for Gift Certificates within defined periods.
• Supervise cashiers and monitor POS machines usage.
• Assist customers and address inquiries/complaints related to cashiering activities.
• Follow up on outstanding customer accounts and reconcile with Credit Services department.
